Special discount rates are available on recent tunes (please contact to get setup): 50% off if reflash purchased within 6 months of original tune, or 35% off if reflash purchased within 12 months of original tune.
How It Works (Chip tuning)
You will mail us back your original chip to be reflashed to the new software. It’s as simple as following the below steps!
- Find your original order number.
- For chips issued in 2018 and newer, this will be a 4- or 5-digit number on the side of the chip. 2009-2017 chips will have a 3- or 4-digit number on the bottom.
- Checkout on this page, providing all necessary information requested so we can make sure your updated tune matches your parts.
- After you checkout, you will be automatically provided with a downloadable form to fill out to be included with your original chip.
- Ship your original chip, with the completed form, to the address included on the reflash form. We will take care of the rest!
Most reflashes are completed in 1 business day.

You will mail us back your original chip to be reflashed to the new software. It’s as simple as following the below steps!
- Find your original order number, or send us your current file.
- Checkout on this page, providing all necessary information requested so we can make sure your updated tune matches your parts.
- We will process your order and update your tune as quickly as possible. Most reflashes are completed in 1 business day!
- If you have data-logs, please email them to us with your order number in the subject. [email protected]

FAQ
- I can’t spare any down-time, can you send a new chip/ECU and I return the original when I can?
- Absolutely! We just need a refundable deposit to cover the costs of the new hardware. This deposit will be be refunded once the original chip/ECU is returned. Please CONTACT US to get setup!
